Follow the steps below to delete your Clozadriva, Clozadriver or Clozaride account.

Clozadriva Account Deletion

To delete your Clozadriva account

• Sign in to your account (if you have previously signed out), navigate to the home page of the main screen of the application.
• Click on the side drawer menu button at the top left corner.
• Click on “settings” and then select the “delete account”.
• If you do not have withdrawable pocket balance, select “Forget Pocket Balance and Delete Account”.
• If you have withdrawable pocket balance, select “Request Withdrawal and Delete Account”.

Clozadriver Account Deletion

To delete your Clozadriver account

• Sign in to your account (if you have previously signed out), navigate to the home page of the main screen of the application.
• Click on the side drawer menu button at the top left corner.
• Click on “settings” and then select the “delete account”.
• If you do not have withdrawable pocket balance, select “Forget Pocket Balance and Delete Account”.
• If you have withdrawable pocket balance, select “Request Withdrawal and Delete Account”.

Clozaride Account Deletion

To delete your Clozaride account

• Sign in to your account (if you have previously signed out), navigate to the home page of the main screen of the application.
• Click on the side drawer menu button at the top left corner.
• Click on the side drawer menu button on the top left corner of the Clozaride main screen.
• Click on “settings” and then select the “delete account”.

Note The Following:

• From the time a user clicks to delete an account, it takes six (6) to fourteen (14) days to delete the account and erase the associated data from the database in accordance with the privacy policy for Clozaride, Clozadriva and Clozadriver Application users. Any account with pending or unresolved issues cannot be deleted until all issues are resolved.
• To process pocket balance withdrawal, you must first confirm your bank account details from within the application as required. Your Bank account name must be the same as the name you provided during signup.
• If you signed-up on Clozadriva/Clozadriver application as well as Clozaride application with the same mobile number, during account deletion process, only the details associated with the account you wish to delete shall be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy for Clozaride and Clozadriva/Clozadriver Application users.
